Make a Congratulations Baby Card with Cut-Outs:

For this project you will need a 6.5 inch X 5 inch blank greeting card or you can fold your own from card stock. You will also need a variety of pastel papers. The pram, bib, bottle and rattle can be cut from printed paper if you prefer or you may want to cut the 4 squares behind each item in printed paper instead of solid colors.

Cut a piece of yellow card stock to 6 inches X 4.5 inches and glue that to the front of your blank white greeting card. Now cut 4 pieces of card stock to 1.75 inches wide X 2 inches high. Arrange them toward the top of your card, leaving room for the greeting, and glue them in place.

Trace the pram, bib, bottle, and rattle on the back of your choice of paper and cut them out. Use a regular hole punch to make the handle of the rattle. Glue each item to the front of the card and attach the greeting. That's it!
