Annette, from Queensland Australia, used the heart and frame pattern to make this Valentine's Day card. She used 5 gold seed beads (between each) & gold metalic thread to make the card and for a different look she stitched across the heart with the gold thread.:
Wendy, from Western Australia, made both of these cards using the heart pattern. In the second photo below, she stacked two hearts and used a border punch down the side of the card. The corners on the first card were also made with a punch.:
