Make a Birthday Balloons Card:

Start with a 5" X 7" blank greeting card(or cut and fold your own). Now cut a piece of red, or another color of your choice, card stock that is 3.75" wide X 5.75" high. Also cut an extra strip that is .75" X 3.75" to place behind the printable " Happy Birthday" . Glue both pieces to your card. Now cut a piece of white, or another color of your choice, card stock that is 3" X 5" and center that on the piece of red card stock.

Next, using the templates provided, cut out 5 balloons from paper of your choice, the bow, and one of the printable " Happy Birthday" tags. Also cut 5 strips of ribbon or embroidery thread(about 5" each). Glue a strip of ribbon or thread to the back of each balloon. Now arrange the balloons on your card and bring the ends of the ribbon together where the bow will be placed. Apply glue to the back of the bow cut out and adhere it to the card, over the strips of ribbon or thread. Trim the ribbon as needed and glue each balloon in place. To finish the card, apply one of the " Happy Birthday" printables to your card.
